At Creative English Teacher, we want you to love your apparel as much as you love your classroom. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
